Refund Guarantee

If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

We will not refund lingerie and swimwear due to hygiene reasons so please ensure you select carefully.

On Time Delivery Guarantee

We want to ensure that your purchase will ship and arrive on time, therefore we provide a guarantee that products will be delivered by a set date.  At this time deliveries are within the timeframe of the product production of up to  45 days from placement of order and ship from our suppliers.  We know the products we sell are worth the wait so please be patient and wait for the good stuff to come.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION: For customers who have paid with Paypal, the Paypal platform reimburses package returns (up to 30 €, up to 12 returns per year). This service is activated on Paypal:  Access this service now to enjoy it  ! 

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order which will be exerted by the return at its expenses of the products against AVOIR. This credit is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The original packaging is to be attached to the shipment (even damaged, on which the address of the sender and the possible tracking number), it is essential for us to start the return procedure with our sellers. The return will be made to the return address of the seller, in the form of parcel or international tracking mail. Please contact us before returning to the address to communicate or confirm the address of the seller (which is also on the package of your package) and activate the return procedure. Note that any return not followed and not received can not be refunded. Also, it is important that you keep the tracking number of the order returned in case of complaint.

For any order error on the part of ShopBits (ex: wrong item received, color error …), the return costs will be compensated by ShopBits via the payment method you chose when ordering. Thank you to contact us imperatively before any return to the address customer.services@netbits.xyz by attaching as an attachment one or more clear pictures of the received article and its packing to activate the procedure of return. No returns will be accepted without prior request and photos in support.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refund.

NetBits reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent out of time, or clothes not in the same conditions as when they were received by the customer.

Shipments returned due to impossible delivery (multiple attempts, incomplete address, refusal, cancellation after purchase, etc.) will be subject to a refund of up to 60% (40% of the amount – excluding postage – will not be refunded, those this corresponds to shipping costs, packaging costs, international return costs and processing fees).

Articles from the following categories: lingerie, swimwear and sale / discounted items can not be returned or exchanged.

Refund

ShopBts will refunds the customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 calendar days (from receipt of the product in return). The refund will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order. Note that a refund is valid only in case of non-compliant item (bad color received, bad size received, different article received …). If applicable, a credit note will be sent to you, which is valid for 2 years.
